popAllure Media Group, Inc. Content Partner Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the popAllure Media Group, Inc. Content Partner Program. By signing up as a Content Partner (Seller or Influencer), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Content Partner: Individuals or entities who provide content to popAllure TV, including Sellers and Influencers.
  • Seller: Content Partners who list and promote their products on popAllure TV and pay a subscription fee.
  • Influencer: Content Partners who create and share content on popAllure TV without a subscription fee.
  • popAllure TV: The streaming channel operated by popAllure Media Group, Inc.

3. Eligibility

To become a Content Partner, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

4. Subscription Fees for Sellers

  • Sellers are required to pay a subscription fee to participate in the Content Partner Program.
  • The subscription fee will be charged monthly or annually, as specified during the signup process.
  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with prior notice.

5. No Subscription Fees for Influencers

  • Influencers are not required to pay a subscription fee at this time.
  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. may introduce subscription fees for Influencers in the future with prior notice.

6. Content Submission

  • Content Partners agree to submit high-quality, original content that complies with popAllure TV’s guidelines.
  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to review, approve, and remove content at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Content Partners retain ownership of their content but grant popAllure Media Group, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on popAllure TV and related platforms.

8. Brand Alignment and Vetting Process

  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. will review applications to ensure alignment with its values and mission.
  • The vetting process includes reviewing product quality, content quality, reputation, and overall brand alignment.
  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. takes a holistic approach and considers the overall picture, understanding that occasional negative reviews may not reflect the true quality and commitment of the seller.

9. Termination

  • Content Partners may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a Content Partner’s participation for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Content Partner Program.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • popAllure Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Content Partners will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which popAllure Media Group, Inc. is headquartered.
